What I keep in my minivan in case of an emergency

How I organize my minivan.jpg

I’m not going to lie, I am probably the least organized person I know. But my minivan is pretty organized. It has to be considering the amount of time we spent in there before quarantine. So how do I organize it and what do I keep in it.

To make following easier I’ve broken the van into three parts, front, middle where the kids go and the back.

Front:

In both the drivers and passenger’s side door I keep an umbrella.

In the driver’s side door I also keep an emergency hammer that can be used to cut a seatbelt and break a window in the event of an emergency.

There is also a very large bottle of hand sanitizer.

In the passenger side door, I keep a can of sunscreen and container of Clorox wipes.

I also have a bag between the seats with face masks, hand sanitizer, essential oils to make the car smell good and mascara.

On the dash, I have an air conditioner car diffuser and a magnetic phone mount.

Middle:

Behind the driver’s seat I keep a pencil case of school supplies (pencils, sharpener, crayons, and markers.)

First aid kit

Restaurant placemats

Behind the passenger’s seat, I keep diapers, wipes and a change of clothes.

Back:

In the back, I have a can of Fix a Flat in case I have a flat tire. And some jumper cables.

And a Totes container that has extra diapers, wipes, feminine products, a change of clothes for my toddler and baby, paper towels, and a changing pad.

That’s it! What do you keep in your car?
