We start back to school this week, which means I have to get back into the swing of our daily routine. Including cooking and meal planning. (No more sandwiches in the park for dinner on a near nightly basis.)

So this week I am going to be doing an Eat at Home Challenge. Each day I will be on Instagram live showing you what I am going to be cooking that day.

We start back to school next week. WHAT??? And I've got to get back on a more structured meal plan. Things are about to get INTENSE around here as we begin school and take on some more projects.

I know that with many of us starting back to school it would be a great time to start this challenge as we prep for what is one of the busiest parts of the year!

So next week I am going to be doing an Eat at Home Challenge. Each day I will be on Instagram live showing you what I am going to be cooking that day.

Best of all, I am going to be using slow cooker recipes so I can throw my ingredients in my trusted slow cooker and not have to think about dinner again for the rest of the day.

If you sign up for the Eat at Home Challenge and you use the code LYDIA you will get 25% off, which makes your meal plans around $2 a week!

But today I am cooking:

Meatball subs in my Instant Pot! These are only going to take 20 minutes!

What is the Eat at Home Menu-Planning Service?

We are  Eat at Home menu-planning service for all of our recipes for this challenge. Y'all I cannot tell you how easy this was (and I really need easy right now)! I simply downloaded the meal plan with the grocery list, ordered all my groceries from Walmart pickup and I was DONE!

Eat at Home is a menu-planning service designed to make getting dinner on the table much easier every night. It was a service created by Tiffany, a mom of 4 who loves to cook and loves to gather her family around the table, but has found that if she doesn’t have a quick and easy plan, it’s hard to make that happen.

How Does the Eat at Home Menu-Planning Service Work?

The Eat at Home menu-planning service has the meal plans laid out. And they have a lot of options for you. You not only get great, practical recipes, you also get a color-coded grocery list, which made ordering my groceries a SNAP!

She has designed it specifically with busy families in mind and the menu plans offer:

They also offer FOUR plans (and you get access to all of them with one subscription)

  • Traditional - Includes 15-minute meals, slow cooker, pressure cooker and other recipes.
  • Whole Food - Includes 15-minute meals, slow cooker, pressure cooker and other recipes, all with a focus on natural foods.
  • Slow Cooker - Also includes some pressure cooker recipes.
  • No Flour No Sugar - focuses on healthy proteins and vegetables

My favorite thing was that the recipes were easy to compile and put together.

If you use coupon code LYDIA you can save 25% on your subscriptions. (Making it around $2 a week!).
