Sausage Pepper Bake

Do you ever find yourself at the end of the day with NO motivation to cook? Or are you tired of cooking the same things over and over? Or are you looking for a quick recipe you can easily throw together? 

Well this is the one for you. I dug this one out of my blog archives (from when this blog had a different name), dusted it off and here it is for your culinary enjoyment. 

Plus, this is one of those meals you can throw together for just a few bucks. 

I present Sausage Pepper Bake. It's colorful, it's delicious and it's easy. 

What you'll need:

Print recipe

One 14 ounce package of sausage, chopped into bite sized pieces
One green pepper, julienned
One red pepper, julienned
One yellow pepper, julienned

1/3 of an onion or a whole small onion, diced
1 lb of potatoes, sliced
Cooking spray or olive oil. 

Preheat oven to 350. 


Chop all your pepper, your onion and your potato and throw them in a 9 by 13 pan. Then add your sausage. And spray with Pam or drizzle with oil. You can add salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. 

Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes. That's it! It is so easy and so delicious.
