My husband loves strawberry anything. If we go for a milkshake he wants strawberry. I made fun of him endlessly for this for years.

Over the weekend I whipped up what I am calling a "Peanut Butter Blondie." No, it is in now way low-fat, low-calorie, or sugar free. So I reccomend you make these once a year. Also, after you read this post, just go eat a spinach salad.

I decided I wanted to make a lemon meringue pie cup cake. It didn't work out the way I wanted. Meringue just won't "set" in this overly humid house. So I came up with a lemon candy icing. It was rich and delicious.
This cupcake is filled with a sweet lemon pie filling. It is so yummy!
